1920s Lucite Frame Satin Bag

From the 1920s, this unusual evening clutch is elegant and timeless at once. Done in black satin with black satin handles, it has a fabulous, ruffled, clear Lucite standup frame that is thick and sturdy. The black satin is pleated where it meets the top of the Lucite frame, giving this bag a sumptuous, formal feel. The design is reminiscent of the popular satin Ascot bag by The Row, minus the frame, which is a testament to just how timeless this black satin bag is. A unique addition to the discerning fashion lovers’ wardrobe, this clutch bag is the perfect choice for a cocktail party or special occasion.

Width: 10 inches

This vintage bag is over 100 years old and is finished with hand-stitched details. It is fully lined in faded black satin that is clean and ready to use with an interior wall pocket.
