This is a gorgeous and super sexy Bill Tice liquid merlot colored jersey halter neckline dress that plunges in the front to the waist. The back is completely open. The front has a high slit.

Completing this dress is his signature metallic gold belt at the waist which is attached around the back and then the front ties to cinch you in exactly where you want. Unlined and slips on. Ties at the back of the neck and at the waist. Elastic through the front portion of the waist.
