Fit Note:
The sleeve cuffs were left unbuttoned on the mannequin due to a narrow wrist opening. It's possible a prior owner altered the sleeves or cuffs to be smaller. The cuff button can be moved over to gain up to 1 inch of additional wrist room. There is approximately ¾ inch seam allowance inside the sleeve (not the cuff) that allows for expansion. The cuff itself has no seam allowance, but a skilled tailor may still be able to open and rework it if more room is needed.
