Gucci Fall/Winter 2007 Runway & Campaign Black Patent Gold Buckle Belt

A striking piece from Gucci Fall/Winter 2007 under Frida Giannini, this black patent leather belt is defined by its monumental sculptural gold-tone buckle and glossy finish. The distinctive design was featured throughout the collection, including Runway Looks 14, 18, 19 and 28, where it was used to dramatically cinch Gucci’s sharply constructed silhouettes.

The belt was also featured in Gucci’s Fall/Winter 2007 advertising campaign, photographed by Craig McDean, making it an especially strong statement piece from the collection.
