Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 3 business days and all items are shipped from Boca Raton, Florida. Insurance as well as expedited shipping are available upon request at an additional cost. Insurance and tracking with signature confirmation are required for all orders.

We charge a flat rate of $29.99 for domestic shipping and send all domestic orders via UPS domestic standard shipping unless expedited shipping is requested. Additional fees apply if you require expedited shipping. A flat rate of $99.50 will be charged for international shipping, not including Canada. A flat rate of $65 will be charged for shipments to Canada. Domestic orders over $2,000 will be charged a flat rate of $35.00. 

Please note that purchases of more than one item will be charged an additional fee per item to cover insurance costs: $10 for domestic orders, and $15 for international orders, including Canada. 

We are happy to use UPS or another courier account provided by you. If you wish to use your own account for shipping, make sure to contact us prior to placing your order so we do not charge shipping costs. We will send your items as soon as we have all the necessary shipping information.

The buyer is responsible for all taxes and duties, and orders are shipped at the sole risk of the buyer. If you wish for your purchase to be shipped within the State of Florida, your purchase will be subject to 7% Florida sales tax, unless you have a valid exemption certificate.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You must email bashagold@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt that you intend to return the item. You must ship back the item insured, with tracking. Returns must be received with the shipping carrier within 2 days of return authorization. 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost. All pieces must be returned in the condition they were received. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse import duties and taxes for international shipments, and returns of customized orders are at the seller's discretion.
