Done in black silk chiffon, the skirt and top feature a lively hand-painted abstract floral design in neon shades of orange, fuchsia, and emerald. The top begins with a black leather halter neckline, matching scalloped leather shoulder straps, and cold-shoulder chiffon sleeves. The neckline and straps are adorned with prong-set amber crystals that glitter and draw the eye upwards. The top is adorned with iridescent, feather-shaped purple sequins and a long semi-circle of pink and white beads that create the impression of a necklace. The sheer tiered sleeves flutter just above the elbows and are held in place with dainty chiffon ties, adding a note of elegance.

The layered handkerchief skirt falls just above the knee, save for the long points of chiffon which extend to the calves and are embellished with bright fuchsia beads.
