Vintage Courrèges Ivory Wool Belted Jacket & Skirt

Andres Courregès is most noted for his Space Age styles during the 1960s. However, Courregès’ designs offer far greater appeal than this moment in history. His designs conceptualize notions of geometric shape, color, and texture. Presumably from the late 1960s, this skirt suit is done in creme wool with a black zipper closure on the jacket and black piping on the waistband and pockets of the A-line skirt. A red and white striped leather belt is the perfect finishing touch for this set.

This vintage Courrèges set is in good vintage condition, with some light wear to the belt, and a small black mark 4 inches up from the hem of the skirt towards the side front. See the last picture.
